The museum is open Tuesday–Sunday from 11 am–6 pm, closed on Mondays.
In 2010, the museum will also be closed on: 1st January, 2nd April & 5th April, 25th–27th June, 6th December and 24th–26th December.
Guided tours
Guided tour to the exhibition Our town in English Wednesdays at 1 pm 7.7.-25.8. Entrance fee.
Guided tours of the exhibitions, the Textile Industry Museum and the Steam Engine Museum are available for groups by prior arrangement and tours of the old Finlayson mill area can also be arranged. Guided tours are usually available in Finnish, English, Swedish and German.

The museum shop is located on the entrance level and is open during museum opening hours. The museum shop sells books, souvenirs and special exhibition products.
