Werstas samlingar knyter an till arbetslivets, fackf\u00f6reningsverksamhetens, arbetarr\u00f6relsens, den kooperativa r\u00f6relsens och andra folkr\u00f6relsers historia. Werstas dokumentationsansvar inkluderar ocks\u00e5 bland annat material om sexuella minoriteter och k\u00f6nsminoriteter och milj\u00f6r\u00f6relsen. Werstas samlingar omfattar \u00e4ven samlingarna i D\u00f6vas museum d\u00e4r de teckenspr\u00e5kigas historia f\u00f6rvaras samt samlingarna i Nootti, museet om Finlands relationer till Ryssland, som anknyter till relationernas historia mellan Finland och Ryssland\/Sovjetunionen.<\/p>\n

Museets samlingar omfattar omkring 60 000 f\u00f6rem\u00e5l och 360 000 fotografier. Museet har ocks\u00e5 ett bibliotek, sm\u00e5tryck och arkivmaterial. De \u00e4ldsta materialen i samlingarna h\u00e4rstammar fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan av 1800-talet och de nyaste fr\u00e5n 2020-talet.<\/p>\n
