Stories of people who have committed themselves to the fight for freer work
against the wage labour society.

Photos, videos, interviews and essays explore the forms and reasons for refusing to work.

The story is told by various Europeans from Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Greece and Spain.

At the exhibition we meet capitalistcritical theorists, community farmers, employees of a seized soap factory and cleaning industry activists.

The exhibition is organised by a working group that includes Henri Salonen, Ilona Raivio, Klaus Maunuksela, Lasse Poser, and Pontus Purokuru.

The project has been funded by the Kone Foundation, the Central Association of Finnish Photographic Organisations (Finnfoto), the Olga and Vilho Linnamo Foundation, the Arts Promotion Centre Finland (Taike), and the Finnish Foundation for Media and Development (Vikes).
